Over 25 years I have started seven companies across advertising, software development, MedTech, and IT, and I have led them through growth, pressure, and change. I have sat in the founder's seat and the CEO's seat, and I have built more than $10M across my career. I know what it is like when every big decision lands on your desk and there is nobody inside the company you can think out loud with.

In our sessions we work on the decisions in front of you right now: where to put your attention, what to stop doing, which conversations you have been avoiding, and how to build a leadership team that can carry more of the load. Between sessions you put those decisions into practice, and we adjust based on what actually happens. The point is not more insight. It is better execution and a version of leadership you can sustain.
Engagements are tailored to what you need. Some leaders want an ongoing thinking partner through a One-on-One Retainer. Others start with an Overall Business Assessment or a focused Goal Accelerator Program. We decide together on the first call.
